Adolescents experience profound physical and psychological changes. These transitions bring about a sense of uniqueness and independence. I use a goal oriented, client-centered approach which is based on the skill of perspective taking and cognitive behavioral therapy. The journey through adolescence is unique to each client and their cognitive developmental stage. My supportive approach takes individuality and each unique situation into account.
