Jack Baldwin, M.Ed., LPC

I believe that the problems we face offer us an opportunity for growth and change. To remake our lives into what we want for ourselves. An opportunity to rediscover that courage within you to do something “extra-ordinary.” I will be with you to help, motivate, and to help you see what is and not what you think it is. I use a combination of therapies; Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy along with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to achieve your goals.

Strength based and solution focused counseling. I see myself as not only a counselor but also a Life Coach in helping you, the client, to maximize and achieve the goals you have set for yourself. I have a diverse background; Army veteran, Probation/Parole Officer (11 years) and High School Crisis Counselor (24 years), giving me a unique perspective.

“Sometimes we make wrong choices, and what’s great about being human is that we can learn and do it differently next time, or the time after that.” From the children’s book, “What do you do with a chance? You take it, because it might be the start of something incredible.”
